ZOLIAN has been implementing the requirements of IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, based on ISO 9001 Quality Management System, for many years. We apply the product realization processes by taking into account customer requirements and the service concept in line with this system while focusing on customer satisfaction. We also implement processes including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA, and G8D, which help us in problem solving and elimination of root cause.
